Upper L Khel Riders, Mission Compound and High School Daredevils bagged three points each beating respective rivals in the ongoing 2nd 10-Northern Angami-I T20 Bash played at Ziekezou here today.
Upper L Khel Riders defeated T Khel Knights by 8 wickets in the first match of the day. Batting first, T Khel Knights set a target of 73 runs losing 6 wickets in 10 overs while Upper L. Khel Riders managed to achieve the target in i9 overs losing 2 wickets. Peneizo of Riders was adjudged man of the match for his 29 runs in 21 balls. The match was reduced to 10 overs due to bad weather.Mission Compund Dukes got three points with a walk over as the Chedema Striker failed to turn up for the match with full team set.
Playing the last match of the day, High School Daredevils defeated D Khel United by49 runs. Electing to bat first, High School Daredevils set a target of 131 runs losing 6 wickets in 20 overs but D Khel United were bundled out in 18 overs at the score of 81 runs. Jalal of Daredevils was declared man of the match for claiming 5 wickets giving away 11 runs in 4 overs.
