Dimapur, Jan. 22: 35 Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) conducted free veterinary camp at ADC Office, Naginimora town on January 21.
People from Naginimora, Kongai, Panbari and Hothoty village availed free check-up for their pets. Captain Rahul Sharma, Veterinaty Surgeon and team from 14 Mobile Field Vet Hospital and alongwith medical staff of 35 Assam Rifles treated 854 animals and distributed free veterinary medicines.
The unceasing effort by the security forces was appreciated by the local administration and village people and desired for more such veterinary camps in future.
