Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Nagaland holds annual general meeting
Dimapur, April 5 (EMN): Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Nagaland (TBCAN) held its 2nd annual general meeting at Hotel Jal Mahal conference hall on Tuesday.
President of TBCAN Bishnu Bhattacharjee while welcoming the executive members and office bearers, appreciated the team of TBCAN for bringing success to the Association, ‘which would generate opportunity for youth and children of the state to play tennis ball cricket at National level,’ an update stated.
The agenda for the meeting was presented by Dr. S Amos Lkr, Chairman of TBCAN.
The house resolved to host a tournament at state-level on May 4.
The house elected Ajay Mundhra, working president of TBCAN as convenor, Achungla as Press and Media in-charge and nominated 11 members for the different departments of the tournament committee. The house also resolved to take part in the national tournament of senior tennis ball cricket, which will be held in Goa at the end of May, wherein a team of 15 members will participate from Nagaland under TBCAN, it stated.
