Dimapur, Sep. 19 (EMN): The students and staff of St. Joseph University Nagaland and St. Joseph Global School collected an amount of INR 40,000 and INR 19,000 respectively towards the Nagaland flood relief fund.
A press release issued by Vice Chancellor of SJU, Dr .D. Gnanadurai informed that the relief fund was collected ‘at the request of the state Governor, BP Acharya’.
The fund collected from the St. Joseph University was handed by the vice-chancellor to the deputy commissioner of Dimapur in the presence of the fathers and sisters and mother management staff of the university.
The fund collected by the staffs and students of St. Joseph Global School was handed to the deputy commissioner of Dimapur by the principal of the school.
