Dimapur, April 11 (EMN): The department of Soil and Water Conservation organised a programme in honour of Kashiho Sangtam, minister for soil and water conservation, and graduation programme for the 20th batch of soil conservation assistant-trainees at the State Soil and Water Conservation Training Institute at Sechu (Zubza).
A press release from the department on Wednesday stated that the Additional Director Viliehu Nguzhü, congratulated the newly elected minister.
Kashiho Sangtam congratulated the graduating trainees and challenged them to bring changes in the department.
Also, the press release informed that Kashiho Sangtam, accompanied by the department officers, paid a visit to the campus after the programme.
