Dimapur, May 15 (EMN): One-day seminar on Christian business women was organised by Putu Long Foundation on May 13, with Associate Pastor DABA, Amongla as resource person.
Stating that Nagas are hard working people, resource person called upon Nagas to continue with that spirit even new technology advancement comes up. She also said women can help in so many areas to lift up our societies and churches by contributing their abilities.
“SHG is not only earning money for self help but as Christian women we help one another spiritually, socially and economica. Lets us not forget to place God first in our business” she added. She also shared about successful women in other countries.
Seminar was conducted by Moala Longchar, chairman of Putu Long Foundation. She also presented the aims and objectives and credit policies of PLF through power point presentation.
She also encouraged all the clients to cooperate for the betterment of the society and asked all SHGs/JLGs to maintain proper record to hold a bank account for transparency transaction.
All together around 32 group leaders attended the seminar.
