Dimapur, Aug. 3 (EMN): With an objective to empower tea growers, Ayulcr Tea Private Limited recently conducted a one-day seminar on “Smart tea farming and networking” in Akumen village under Mokokchung district.
An update from Ayulcr Tea Private Limited stated that its managing director, Lima Jamir, spoke on smart tea farming and networking. He stressed on the need to work for the younger generation and impart the art of self-sustenance in order to uplift the state’s economy.
Underlining the hard working values of the forefathers, he urged the participants to follow their legacy by working hard and smart.
The programme was chaired by Ayulcr tea director, Yanger, while the invocation prayer was said by the pastor of Akumen Baptist Church, Anok.
Report also stated that tea growers from nearby villages also attended the seminar.
