Dimapur, Nov. 9 (EMN): In commemoration of Vigilance Awareness Week, Sakus Mission College, Dimapur, conducted a speech competition on the theme ‘My vision, corruption free India’ in the college auditorium on November 9. The competition was sponsored by North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Limited (NEDFi), Dimapur.
Out of 10 participants, Dainel of BA 6th Semester bagged the best orator award, while Akashe and Bendangkumla of BA 6th Semester secured second and third places respectively.
The programme was chaired by Asenla Yanger, Assistant Prof. of English, while Vimeyiel Richa, manager of NEDFI, Dimapur Branch, in his address motivated the students to work hard and to start the change from one self.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Detono Tepa, assistant manager NEDFi.
