In response to the press statement issued by Velicho, president Chakhesang Regional Council (NNC) and Vechisayi Vadeo, Leacy Member on 4th & 6th November last in some local dailies regarding the removal of Kuduve Kapfo, president, Youth Federation, Chakhesang Region (NNC), the Phek Sub-Region (NNC) do hereby clarify with the following reasons why Kuduve Kapfo was removed.
Kuduve hails from Phek Sub-Region, and therefore the Regional office in compliance with the directive of the central office has impeached Kuduve Kapfo from the office with immediate effect on the following grounds which is subsequently violating the NNC resolution. Firstly, Kuduve was found banning the legal tax collectors from their assigned duty and illegally grabbed the assignment of the same by himself. Secondly, Kuduve was also caught of being issuing Inner Line Permit (ILP) Card to non locals charging Rs 300 to Rs 400 per non locals by himself without the approval of the central office.
