New local taxi stands at Army Camp junction, PWD tri- junction and NST station have been designated

Pick-Up /Tata mobile parking I: Along NH-29 towards Mission Colony next to local taxi stand I.

Further, all construction materials lying by the roadsides in the town arena must be cleared within 48 hours and no construction materials will be allowed to be left on the roadside for more than 48 hours.  Defaulters would be penalised with fines, the new traffic plan order stated.

It said that no abandoned vehicles will be allowed to be parked on the roadsides anywhere within the town.

Meanwhile, all the local taxis operating in the Pfutsero town area and coming to Pfutsero town from nearby areas will have to mandatorily seek temporary permits from the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero and will be marked as  ‘local taxi’ as a measure of regulation.

Heavy vehicles like trucks and busses will not be allowed to enter the town area from 8 am to 4 pm from Monday to Saturday without permission.

Meanwhile, the town dwellers are discouraged from bringing vehicles to town for non-essential works.
The shop owners have also been asked not to park their vehicles in the town area during peak hours.
