PBCA launches NBCC clean election movement

Dimapur, Sep. 17 (EMN): Under the aegis of Nagaland Baptist Churches Council (NBCC), Phom Baptist Christian Association (PBCA) launched the clean election movement on September 16 in Longleng town.

An update from Longleng District Clean Election Committee (LDCEC) informed that the keynote address was delivered by Rev. H Be-au, CEM convener, while the deputy commissioner of Longleng, M Shayung Phom, encouraged the gathering to effectively spread the message of clean election. Other speakers have urged to support to the clean election movement initiated by PBCA.

Rev. L Anjo Keikung, who was the main speaker of the programme, spoke on the theme ‘My vote, my future,’ while N Tialemba Phom, PBCA executive secretary, released the clean election guide book.
