No fresh Covid-19 cases in Nagaland for 2 consecutive days

Dimapur, March 9 (EMN): Nagaland’s Covid-19 tally remains unchanged at 12217 for two consecutive days with no new Covid-19 cases recorded on Tuesday.

The minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, updated that no positive case of Covid-19 were detected on Tuesday, while one patient in Kohima recovered.

According to the information provided by the Health department, Nagaland currently has 18 asymptomatic cases. The state has also recorded 11955 recoveries and 91 deaths, out of which 10 have been ruled “not Covid- related”.

In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Kohima has 17 asymptomatic cases and one in Dimapur while the remaining nine districts are Covid-free.
