Dimapur, Nov. 16: Under ‘Mission New India,’ Narendra Modi Vichar Manch (NMVM) was launched and inaugurated on November 16 at Niathu Resort, Dimapur.
NMVM was launched in Nagaland officially along with the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) forum of India to help local entrepreneurs in setting up their business.
The NMVM, as per available information on the internet, is said to be a non-political social welfare organisation, in order to create jobs in the country and eradicate unemployment.
“The NMVM aims to help the youth all across the country which includes Nagaland,” informed Purtoshi Jamir, president of NMVM/MSME Nagaland.
Speaking at the launching programme, NMVM national president, Ravi Chanakya, urged the youth of Nagaland to take advantage of the MSME schemes and start businesses in their own village or town first and help build a bridge with the rest of the country.
The members of NMVM also urged anyone, who has started an enterprise but are unable to avail the market, to contact MSME forum and assured assistance in creating a link to markets not just in India but also globally. A central member of the NMVM told Eastern Mirror that MSME schemes not only aim at providing financial help but also impart knowledge, provide technical knowhow and provide a market for the entrepreneurs in the country.
The NMVM office is located at Circular Road, opposite The Morung Express office Dimapur.
