Dimapur, Dec. 20 (EMN): A seven-day night carnival at Pfutsero town organised by the Kalos Society, Pfutsero Town Traders’ Union (PTTU) and the Pfutsero Town Youth Forum (PTYF) got underway on December 18.
The main objective of the event was to spread the spirit of joy, peace and love during this festive season, an update from the organisers stated on Friday.
Food stalls selling toys, local kitchens, crafts and various games were organised to keep the spirit of the night more fascinating and enchanting. Besides, bouncy castle was one the major exciting games where all kids rush to experience it. Screening of movies and stage performance were also a part of the event to make the night more lively and amusing, the release added.
Thousands of people from all walks of life were seen enjoying the fun. Visitors from neighbouring villages and other parts of the states also came to witness the event.
Meanwhile, the organisers have expressed gratitude to the administration headed by ADC and SDPO for arranging security and controlling the traffics.
