Dimapur, Sep. 18 (EMN): Women wing of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) conducted a consultative meeting at its head office in Chumoukedima in which officials from 12 districts presented their annual reports.
Dr. Neikesie Kire, advisor of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, graced the programme as the special guest. Pukhayi Assumi, advisor of Food and Civil Supplies, LM and CP, Law and Justice, and A Nyamnyei Konyak, working president of women in-charge, also delivered short speeches and encouraged the party leaders. David Hinb present a song on the occasion.
The programme was chaired by Abe Mero, vice president central, while the invocation was said by Amenla Jamir, vice president central. Presidential address delivered by Visavonuo Bebi, while acknowledgement was tendered by Rebeca Salim, vice president central, and the closing remarks was said by Vikali A Zhimomi, general secretary (Admn.) central.
