NBCC’s Super Saturday of U-Link prog held

The first Super Saturday of U-Link programme initiated by the Education and Communication Department of Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) was held on April 26 in eight different venues.
The programme for Growth Group 1 was held at Peraciezie Baptist Church, Kohima; while the programme for the Growth Group 2 was held at Sumi Baptist Church, Daklane, Kohima, and for Growth Group 3 was held at Zeme Baptist Church, Midland, Kohima.
Similar programme for Growth Group 4 was held at City Church, Kohima: while for Growth Group 5 was held at 19 Assam Rifle Ground, Main town, Kohima; and Growth Group 6 was held at Chakhesang Baptist Church, Kitsubozou; Growth Group 7 at Konyak Baptist Church, Midland, Kohima; and Growth Group 8 at Rengma Baptist Church, Kohima.In total, 388 participants have attended the programme. It was a time where the children were introduced to different areas like music, dance and choreography, painting flower vases, lessons on life changing story based on the bible, bible related games and sports, brain teasing experiences based on the scripture such as bible picture puzzles, word puzzle and puzzle worksheets.
In all the groups, the children were led in a time of fellowship where super couples interacted and encouraged the children from their experiences and the word of God. Over all, the children have enjoyed and showed their enthusiasm and willingness to attend in the coming Super Saturdays.
Meanwhile, Education & Communication Office of the NBCC has thanked all the churches, G-g members, volunteers and people involved in making the first Super Saturday of U-Link a successful one.
It has also looked forward for similar support and love even in the coming Super Saturdays. It informed that the next Super Saturday of U-LINK would be held on May 24. Further, in informed that all Growth Group conveners would have a coordination meeting on May 8 at 3:00 p.m. at Kenneth Complex, NBCC Headquarters.
