Nagaland University declares undergraduate courses results; registers 98.11 pass percentage

Kohima, July 1 (EMN): Nagaland University (NU) declared the under-graduate provisional result of Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) on June 30, with a pass percentage of 98.11.

The university informed that authorised personnel from colleges can collect marksheets during the office hours from July 13 at various designated centres — Dimapur, Peren and Mon at SET, Dimapur, NU; Kohima and Phek at Meriema Campus NU; and Mokokchung, Wokha, Zunheboto, Tuensang, Longleng and Kiphire at Lumami Hq, NU.

The controller of examination stated that ‘application for correction in the marksheets, if any, should be submitted to the university within one month from the date of declaration of result along with justification and accompanied by original marksheets’.

It further informed that the provision for re-evaluation for 6th semester students would not be applicable for this current academic year.

A total of 7687 students out of 7835, who wrote the examination, passed and the results can be access from the official website of the university.

Here is pass percentage of various courses:

  • BA General- 2149 appeared, 2108 passed (98.09%).
  • BA Honours- 4425 appeared, 4351 passed (98.33%).
  • BCom General- 84 appeared, 78 passed (92. 86%).
  • BCom Honours- 660 appeared, 652 passed (98.79%).
  • BSc General- 24 appeared, 22 passed (91.67%).
  • BSc Honours- 363 appeared, 359 passed (98.90%).
  • BBA General- 88 appeared, all passed (100%).
  • BCA General- 30 appeared, 25 passed (83.33%).
