Nagaland records 128 new Covid-19 cases, 2 deaths

Dimapur, June 30 (EMN):
Nagaland recorded 128 new Covid-19 positive cases on Wednesday, taking the state’s active caseload to 1341 and tally to 25,239.

The Health and Family Welfare Department updated that out of the 128 new cases detected in the last 24 hours, 51 were in Kohima, 25 in Dimapur, 23 in Mokokchung, 12 in Peren, five in Phek, four in Zunheboto, three each in Mon and Wokha, and two in Kiphire.

The state also recorded 165 recoveries in the last 24 hours wherein 45 were in Kohima, 39 in Mon, 26 in Mokokchung, 24 in Dimapur, seven each in Peren, Kiphire, and Longleng, six in Phek, three in Zunheboto, and one in Wokha.

The state currently has 1341 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 1138 are asymptomatic, 152 mild, 33 moderate on oxygen, eight severe on oxygen, three in ICU without ventilator and seven in ICU with ventilator support.

The state has registered 22,699 recoveries so far and 481 deaths with two casualties reported in the last 24 hours.
