Dimapur, Aug. 19 (EMN): In pursuance to the implementation of the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) which would be operationalised from October 1 and as per the meeting held on July 7 in the office of the Health and Family Welfare department, the department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (P&AR) directed all the regular government employees under the state government to submit details of the employees and dependent members of the family as per the prescribed format latest by September 5.
It informed that an advance copy could be submitted through P&AR department vide email CMHISPAR@gmail.com.
The criteria for dependency would included natural parents, spouse, son- till he starts earning or attain age of 25 years or get married whichever is earlier, daughter/ sister- till she starts earning or get married irrespective of age limit whichever is earlier, minor brothers- siblings below the age of 21 years, and sons suffering from permanent disability of any kind both physical/ mentally irrespective of age limit.
