NBSE notifies on Fit India Quiz

Dimapur, Nov. 18 (EMN): Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) informed that the date for registration of Fit India Quiz 2022 has been extended to November 20. It was necessitated to ensure maximum participation from schools and students.

Schools are to register themselves on https://fitindia.nta.ac.in/ and nominate a minimum of two students. It mentioned that there is no upper limit on the number of students to be nominated.

KVK Kohima distributes seeds to farmers

Dimapur, Nov. 18 (EMN): Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Kohima, distributed various vegetables and cereals seeds to 157 beneficiaries under the farmer producer organisation in Tseminyu district. An update from KVK Kohima stated that 30 women club beneficiaries have benefitted from the scheme. It added that demonstration of agriculture drone (Agribot) was also conducted by Dr. Ruokuovilie Mezhatsu, principal scientist, and Dr. Sesenlo Kath.

TYO informs on ‘Night Bazaar’

Dimapur, Nov. 18 (EMN): The Tsütuonuomia Youth Organisation (TYO), Kohima, in collaboration with the Tourism department, will be organising a night bazaar as part of Hornbill Festival from December 1 to the 10th from 4 pm to 9 pm at three locations namely at PHQ Junction, T Khel Market and Sokhriezie Park. TYO, in an update, informed interested parties/ vendors for running stalls to collect registration forms from Sokhriezie park ticket counter.
