Nagaland and Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi tests positive for Covid-19

Kohima, Jan. 13 (EMN): Governor of Nagaland and Assam Prof. Jagdish Mukhi has tested positive for Covid-19.

The Raj Bhavan is yet to update on the same but Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Thursday took to Twitter to wish the governor a speedy recovery.

“My wishes for a speedy recovery of the honourable Governor of Nagaland and Assam Prof.

Jagdish Mukhi who tested positive for Covid-19. Prayers for your good health,” he wrote.

The governor had virtually inaugurated the East zone vice chancellors’ meet organised by Association of Indian Universities, from his office in Assam, two days ago.
