Naga Mothers hail Governor’s visit to AIDS Hospice

The Naga Mothers Association (NMA) has expressed its deep appreciation to the Governor of Nagaland, Dr Ashwani Kumar, his Lady wife, and staffs from the Raj Bhavan, Kohima for their kind visit to the NMA’s AIDS HOSPICE at Cradle Ridge, Seithogei on December 31.The Governor’s visit was a gratifying moment for our children as well as children from the Awakening Bell Centre (ABC), who were too excited and enthused by the visit, and to be able to hear and talked to him.
We sincerely thank him for enlightening the children and encouraging them and also interacting with the members from both the Centres. Besides extending support to the NMA’sAIDS Hospice and ABC, the Governor has assured to construct a deep bore-well for safe drinking water which is a strong felt need of the Centre, a press release stated.
Children from both the AIDS HOPSICEand Awakening Bell Centre presented beautiful songs to express their gratitude to the visiting dignitaries.
The NMA thanked the Governor, his lady wife and the staffs of Raj Bhavan, Kohima for extending continuous support in cash and kind to the Centre and prayed that Almighty God abundantly bless and grant long life and wisdom and the strength to carry forward your benevolent act even in the days to come.
