Naga Bowl & Grill: New Naga food stop joins the great bowl

WITH a name as scrumptious as its purpose, a new restaurant has joined the food market of Dimapur. Naga Bowl & Grill which will be serving traditional Naga food besides a diverse set of cuisine to foodies, opened on Saturday, May 7.
Located in the heart of the town, at Midland, Naga Bowl & Grill is a joint venture of a group of gourmets going by the name ‘Naga Chef Stakeholders.’ They started the venture with the aim to promoting traditional cuisines and to send out a message that competition was ‘not the sole aim of any enterprises but that consistency in the quality of food, hygiene and customer service’ were what defined their concept of business.
The group, big time foodie themselves, noted that any consistent work, always works and only those who work with unique approaches will survive the rush.
True to its name ‘Naga bowl & grill’, the restaurant will cater to different cuisines but the emphasis will be on Naga food. A treat for all foodies will be the restaurant’s ‘Naga bowl’ special platter which will come with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian seasonal, and at a reasonable rate.
The proprietors said the prices of the food were reasonable; any citizen can enjoy the food.
The restaurant will be open to all from 10.30 am-7.30 pm (Monday to Sunday). The grill section will be open from 3.30 p.m-9 pm (Monday to Sunday).
