Mokokchung Town Lanur Telongjem gets ready to face Manchester United fans

Dimapur, September 6: The Mokokchung Town Lanur Telongjem (MTLT) would be playing a friendly match against the Manchester United Fans Club of Nagaland (MUFCN) on Saturday, September 10 at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung. The match was based on the theme ‘Eu Et Vigilanter” (Latin for football for vigilance).
The press release stated that the friendly match was organised for better coordination between the Mokokchung Town Lanur Telongjem and also the football lovers of Nagaland. The MTLT has chosen Manchester United Fans of Nagaland keeping in mind the hundreds of Man United fans and also all over the state. The MTLT also chose football as the means to reach out to the youths, to share ideas and to interact and to give forth the message of unity to the people. The match would be officiated by certified referees of Mokokchung District Football Referees Association (MDFRA). The MTLT team manager is led by Merang Longkumer, while the MUFCN team manager is led by Oyimpong Longchar.
The MTLT and the MUFCN invite all the football lovers to be a part of the match where the youths of Mokokchung would clash with the diehard fans of Manchester United on Saturday.
