Dimapur, Sep. 24 (EMN): The Treasury establishment for Mokokchung district has informed pensioners drawing their pension salary from the Treasury that identification to verify and ‘update the continued existence’ of the pensioner will be conducted.
The government publicity agency the department of Information and Public Relations (IPR) issued updates on Sep. 24 informing about the verification.
The verification will be conducted on these following dates:
October 21 – Tsusapang, Kapayong, Sungkumen ward, Tongdentsuyong ward, Alempang ward, Alongmen ward, Dilong ward, Yimyu ward, Mongsenbai ward and Kumlong ward.
October 22 – Majakong ward, Artang ward, Marepkong ward, Lichaba Lijen ward, Salangtem ward, Kichutip ward, Arkong ward, Aongza ward, Penli ward and Sangtemla ward.
October 23 – Ongpangkong and Asetkong range.
October 24 – Langpangkong, Jangpetkong, Tsurangkong and Japukong range.
Pensioners are to bring their identity cards ‘D’ duly renewed by the pensioners’ office. They are to get the Life Certificate forms from the office of the senior treasury officer of Mokokchung on working days, which should be duly filled and submitted during verification, the updates stated. No pension payment shall be made without verification, the IPR added.
