Media cricket trophy: DPCKA win against NK TV

Diphu, Jan. 28 (EMN): District Press Club of Karbi Anglong (DPCKA) won their opening match against NK TV by nine wickets at the ongoing 3rd Raish Modi Nunisa Memorial Northeast Media Cricket Champion Trophy, 2022, at Judges Field, Guwahati on Jan. 28.

NK TV opted to bat first and set a target of 142 in 20 overs losing nine wickets.  Openers Babison Rongpi and Mridul Rongpi scored 98 runs in partnership.

DPCKA scored 144 runs in 17 overs losing three wickets. DPCKA will play against News Time Assam on Jan. 29.
