Kohima, Feb. 13: The Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) on Monday while reaffirming its support to the call of the Angami Public Organisation (APO) and the Angami Youth Organisation (AYO) informed that in the event any violence takes place during the current agitation, it would withdraw its support from the movement.
Talking to media persons today, KVYO president Medozhatuo Rutsa and vice president Dzuvinguzo Mepfhuo said the KVYO had, since the time of the period for nomination to the ULB elections, been supporting the stand of the APO and AYO. Rutsa said the youth organisation held a meeting on Sunday and reaffirmed their cooperation, but decided to withdraw the same if there was any violent turn of events from the ongoing movement.
