Kohima, June 22 (EMN): A Yhome FC thrashed United 16 FC 7-3 at the ongoing 3rd Seyie Auto Kohima Football League at the IG Stadium in Kohima on Saturday, June 22.
A Yhome FC’s midfielder Achamo Lotha scored a hat-trick in the 23rd, 65th, and 77th minute while midfielder Neikethozo Angami scored the first goal for A Yhome FC in the 19th minute. Striker Vilhoubeituo Angami netted a goal in the 28th minute for A Yhome FC with Keyidwasaplung and Velukho Rhakho scoring a goal each in the 53rd and 90th minute.
On the other hand, the first goal for United FC 16 came from the boot of defence Tejongol Sothu, who scored in the 71st minute. Ten minutes later, forward Metol Neikha scored another goal in the 81st minute. Apoto Rhetso scored the third goal of the match for United FC 16 in the 91st minute.
