HP launches refreshed Omen 16 (2021) gaming laptop with RTX 30 series GPUs and 165Hz display

Dimapur, Dec. 7 (EMN): A day after Acer announced its Predator Helios 500 gaming laptop, electronics giant HP on Tuesday announced a refreshed Omen 16 (2021) gaming laptop with at a starting price of INR 139,999.

The new HP Omen 16 (2021) features the latest Intel Core i7-11800H processor along with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU for smooth 1080p at 60fps gaming experience.

The laptop also features storage capacity of up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4×4 SSD with 8GB of dedicated graphics memory and up to 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM.

The HP Omen 16 (2021) features a 16.1-inch IPS display with 165Hz refresh rate and 16:9 aspect ratio.

The company says that the Omen 16 (2021) comes with its proprietary Omen Dynamic Power technology which it claims can precisely identify real-time CPU and GPU capacity and dynamically allocate power between the CPU and GPU.

Other notable features include a four-zone RGB anti-ghosting keyboard with the Omen Gaming Hub Light Studio integration, a 83Whr battery along with an improved internal design and enhanced airflow mechanism with thinner blades.

The HP Omen 16 (2021) is now available for purchase at HP’s official online stores as well as offline retail stores in India.
