Dimapur, Oct. 3 (EMN):
A three-day healing crusade on the theme “For I am the Lord that healeth thee” (Exo.15:26) was held from September 22 to 24, organised by Nagamese Fellowship at Molu Ki, Paramedical, with Dr. Ruokuozelie Pienyü, president of House of Prayer Ministry (HOPM), and Rev. Sedevilie Angami, Mission Director, Nagaland Mission Outreach Ministry, as speakers.

Delivering message on the two topics, ‘The Lord who heals’ and ‘The prayer of healing,’ Dr. Ruokuozelie Pienyü said in order to comprehend supernatural healing, one must first look at the causes of sickness, disease and death. These causes according to him are: Adam’s sin, human’s own sin, other’s sin, and demonic forces. He opined that Jesus is the means of healing and that we have the authority to heal in His name, adding when we pray often someone is healed.

He further opined that there is the healing, when medically speaking; there was no chance of the person getting better.

Rev. Sedevilie Angami spoke on the topics ‘Divine healing’ and ‘Healing and anointing.’ Speaking on the occasion, he said the Scripture is clear that divine healing always involves faith.

He stated that anointing breaks every yoke, anointing transforms life, and faith releases anointing. He further stated that we have extraordinary examples of healings in the Scripture such as people being healed by Jesus, when Peter’s shadow falls on them, or when Paul’s garment touches them.

The programs were led by Vekhose Nakro, Vilakhonuo Pienyu, Akala, and Arila Jamir, while the Nagamese Church Prayer Group and Call of God Ministry led in the praise and worship. The scripture passages were read by Yavinuo Sekhose, Anyusakho, Chuzotho Kajiri, and Bal Bahadur.

Wati, Evangelistic Committee Convenor of Ao Baptist Church; Rev. Neivilie Mere, founder of Nagamese Church (NC); pastor Ningorazo Nagi, and pastor Bendang of New Capital Complex Baptist Church have also exhorted the gathering during the crusade.

Miracle deliverance testimonies were shared by Obed, Phulmaya, and Lolenmangyang. Special numbers were also presented by Obed and friend, HOPM members, NC youth, Spread the Gospel Team, and the HOPM children presented choreography.
