Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand but those who are wise will understand. Daniel 12:3
Every truth witnessed and preached will impact the preachers and hearers alike in the eternal reign which awaits us. The truth is spotless as Christ is and our sermons on perfection are purposed to refine and to purify all of God’s people in the holy way of the truth. It was choices which made them see and it was wrong decisions which made them fall. To understand this in the context of the truth, the scripture gives us enough evidences of the realities of the histories of the past and the promises of the future. As long as the world exist there will always be a conflict between good and evil and the conflict will end only after evil is shut up in hell for eternity. This confrontation we have with evil is also a means to train us for greater glory in the eternal reign which is to be. The words choices and decisions are two great words which will impact the eternal destination of many and it will be to the Church’s gain to constantly live in the wisdom of God. Not to bring peace but a sword is a divine statement of the word and the interpretation of this is that Christ came to this world to separate the righteous from the wicked and the true from the false and the ultimate realities of heaven and hell will be witnessed only on the Great Day of Judgment.
The world has to understand this that at its appointed time, all of its evil dominions will be eternally demolished when Christ comes to strike the world. Here, the word strike means to destroy not the righteous but the wicked. Trust this, it will not be pleasant for sinners to suffer in hell ; neither will it be wise for anyone to sin with the knowledge of it. The truth is this : Since we are in the last days the sins of the world will surely increase but God’s love will increase more and more. One night while i was on my home i passed by one wine house, there were some youths along with some elders and there were also two young girls. So I said to them, there will be no drinks in hell, though here on earth you may receive in packs and varieties, the sinners in hell will not be able to receive even a drop of water. So i said, life is all about choices and decisions. And God says firmly in His word that “It is mine to avenge” and when He comes to judge the world, the wicked will not be spared. He will come in vengeance, in power and authority. Avenging himself against those who defiled his sons and daughters. So the point is also this : Whoever are the sons and daughters of God are the sons and daughters of God and whoever are the children of God, they are God’s own children who are covered and purchased by the blood of Christ and it will be a double tragedy to ever mess with any of God’s holy children. It sounds so direct and yes it is a proclamation of the truth.
The hour of decision has now come and we call upon everyone who calls on the name of the Lord to submit themselves to the authority of the truth. Thus the scripture declares “ Let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right: and let him who is holy continue to be holy .(Rev elation 22 : 11) The truth is, in a little while the ultimatum will become more fierce as the Day of the Lord approaches. On that day the wicked will flee in all direction with no route of escape but for us who are of the truth, we shall have no fear, for we shall be empowered and protected by God’s own power. This is a call to every church and to every family who are of the truth to be better equipped to face the future. There is no blessing in sinning, there will only be curses but there is so much joy in holiness and the rewards reserved for the righteous awaits the righteous. The eyes that has seen this must not shrink back and we expect the righteous to rise higher still in holiness. Dwelling not on the past, God has called us to move forward. Just as we walk to reach our destinations, our steps must be in harmony with the Word. The point is also this: We either reach home by walking, running or crawling but to reach heaven we can only fly to heaven. To this, the scripture states “ Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priest of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. (Revelation 20:6) The best is always expected and to deny truth is to reject Christ. Let the light which is in me and you shine brighter till the brightness of it illuminates us to the glory of God. The answers are all in the Word.
N.B: The purpose of this tract is to paint a clear picture of the destiny which awaits everyone. In speaking of eternity there are only two places in eternity, a place of eternal light and joy and the other a place of utter darkness and of eternal torment. This sounds scary for those who does not believe but for those who lives by the truth, the light which is within them will glow brighter with their every act of obedience to the truth. Let this be a ray of light to everyone who has read this and forget not to read the Word as you live in the truth.
