Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut visits Karbi Anglong

Diphu, Nov. 3 (EMN):  Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut had a brief stint at Hambi Hotel & Restaurant in Diphu on Thursday.

The actor arrived at the hotel at noon and left after an hour of stay. She was felicitated with a Karbi traditional poho (Turban).

On Nov. 2, the actor was in Dolamara under Duarbagori MAC constituecy in Karbi Anglong for selecting locations for shots guided by local guides of the area.

According to reliable sources, the actor on Thursday visited some locations for shots in the outskirts of Diphu town accompanied by popular Assamese and Karbi film actor Rajib Kro and popular Karbi film actor Mohendra Teron and others.

It may be mentioned here that more and more film stars are landing in Karbi Anglong to have a glimpse of the picturesque view of the hills. On Sep. 28, renowned Indian actress, Zeenat Aman graced the World Tourism Day at Diphu hosted by the Tourism Department, Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council.
