Dimapur, Sep. 28 (EMN): BJP national spokesperson and in-charge of Nagaland, Nalin S Kohli, urged upon the officials and karyakartas to strengthen the party fold and reach out to every section of the people especially in the rural areas.
Kohli stated this during interaction with the BJP karyakartas, who visited Old Riphyim Tourist Village under 37 Tyui assembly constituency in Wokha district on September 27. He also emphasised on the need to carry on the visions and aspirations of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, for all round development and empowerment of the people, an update from deputy CMO media cell stated on Tuesday.
Also speaking in the meeting, Nagaland deputy chief minister, Y Patton, thanked the national spokesperson for his love and continued support towards the state of Nagaland and looked forward to his guidance even in the future.
“Reaching out to us at the grassroots shows his genuine concern for the people of our state,” Patton remarked.
It stated that warm welcome was accorded by the Wokha district BJP karyakartas and village council of Old Riphyim. The BJP national spokesperson was accompanied by the state deputy chief minister, state BJP officials, and district karyakartas among others.
