BJP Nagaland gives two vehicles to party workers
Dimapur, Sep. 19 (EMN): Nagaland State BJP Party released two Boleros for the Party workers on Sept. 19 at the official residence of Dy. Chief Minister and BLP leader, Y. Patton in the presence of all the BJP Legislators.
The vehicles were allotted to the President of BJP Nagaland Unit, Temjen Imna Along Longkumer and the president of Noklak Division.
Saying that the vehicles were not meant for an individual’s conveniences, the media cell attached with the deputy chief minister, the BLP Leader asserted that the vehicles were being procured to carry out party activities and responsibilities keeping in mind the interest and welfare of the general people.
He expressed his optimism that with the allotment of vehicles to the party leaders, the welfare activities and responsibilities of the party will be achieved to a greater extend and further urged the party functionaries of all rank and file to work harder for the growth of the party in the state. Patton also congratulated the party president for bringing the party thus far in spite of odds and difficulties from many angles.
Speaking at the vehicle presentation programme, Nagaland State BJP president and Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Temjen Imna Along said that the BJP in the state is progressing well under the present dispensation and expressed confidence that the party will grow from strength to strength in the coming days.
The President also acknowledged the BLP leader, Y. Patton for his untiring efforts being rendered in moulding up the party and exuded confidence that the party will achieve a new height under his leadership. “Both the BLP Leader and the State President, in the same breath, once again rubbished any rumors about disunity within the BJP Party and reiterated that the Party is still intact and will remain so even in days to come,” the release further stated.
