To substantiate his claim, he has cited instances on the construction of State High Court, construction of State Stadium in Dimapur, construction of Cricket Stadium in Sovima, construction of Medical College, construction of roads in the state.

He also alleged that funds which were sanctioned for the welfare and development of the state are being siphoned off thereby depriving the citizens of the state of their privileges.
