DIMAPUR — The much-anticipated Coldplay concert in India may be more than three months away but it has sent fans into frenzy, as tickets were sold out on the ticket platform BookMyShow in no time, while some sites were said to be selling at an inflated rate of up to INR 1 lakh for a single ticket.

Coldplay are scheduled to perform at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai on January 18, 19, and the 21^st, 2025, as part of the ‘Music of the Spheres’ World Tour.

Formed in 1997, the popular British rock band consist to vocalist and pianist Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, and drummer and percussionist Will Champion.

It is reported that concert tickets for all the three days have been sold out, and concert-goers have started booking hotels near the venue.

Coldplay are known for delivering a once-in-a-lifetime experience to fans during their tours, making it truly unique.

Written by all four band members for their third studio album X&Y (2005), “Fix You” was released in 2005, as the album’s second single, reaching number four on the U.K. Singles Chart.
