Athletes selected for admission to State Sports Hostel

DIMAPUR — The selection for admission into the State Sports Hostel, Dimapur, took place on January 30 and 31 at IG Stadium, Kohima. It included evaluations for sepaktakraw (girls), athletics (girls), and football (boys) disciplines.

According to a DIPR report, the Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports has informed that for sepaktakraw (girls), the selected candidates are Lichano L Emungrui, Limika Chishi and Bolika Chishi. The waiting list includes Mutunulu and Tinggeuchile. The coach can be contacted at 8729994007.

For athletics (girls), the selected candidates are Chongsop P, Kevisinuo, Apoang, Anon M, and Kairuangw. The waiting list includes Shikmo Konyak, Angap M, and Nginying, and the coach can be contacted at 8837320494.

For football (boys), the selected candidates are Sangti Neangpa, Kevisizo Nakhro, Apuvito Yepthomi, Hongphong Konyak, Chunilo Magh, Pangtai Konyak and Pongyong Konyak. The waiting list includes Chanimo Semy, Berito K, Poangba N. and Kewongkhum. The coach can be contacted at 7005655326.
