DIMAPUR — Media department of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland state conducted a one-day virtual media workshop on “Role of print and electronic media in the present context” with the national spokesperson and prabhari of BJP Nagaland, Nalin Kohli, as the resource person on January 13 at its head office in Kohima.
An update from the party stated that besides the resource person, the state social media convenor, Rokovilie Chakhesang, spoke on ‘Coordination between media and social media;’ party spokesperson, Kakuto Shohe, spoke on ‘TV debate and spokesperson’s conduct;’ chief spokesperson Thomas Magh on ‘Leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government achievements;’ and co-chief spokesperson, Khevishe Sema, on ‘Lok Sabha election preparation.’
The workshop was attended by state office bearers, state spokespersons, state Lok Sabha pravas committee members, state social media team, state IT team, state media team, state mahila morcha, state ST morcha, state minority morcha, state yuva morcha, state kisan morcha and all 14 districts media department team.
The first session of the workshop was chaired by Sapralu Nyekha, media officer and convenor of state media department, while the second session was chaired by Mughavi Chishi, spokesperson and state media in-charge of BJP Nagaland.
