Yachem Students’ Union conducts seminar on career guidance

KOHIMA — The Yachem Students’ Union (YSU) organised a seminar on career guidance on in collaboration with the YouthNet at Yachem Village in Longleng district on May 5.

A press release stated that the objective of the seminar was to impart better information and assist the students to choose their career wisely to achieve greater heights in life.

It added that the seminar was held to encourage the youths to go for vocational trainings based on their skills and interest so that they become an asset in some way or the other.

‘We are optimistic that the seminar will pave a better way and bring about holistic changes in one’s life,’ it stated, while acknowledging all the participants for taking active part during the seminar.

It also urged upon the young minds to think positively and create an atmosphere of peace in one’s own life and compete to live a prosperous life.

The Union conveyed appreciation to all the well-wishers for their financial support and thoughtful advices in making the seminar a successful event, while it acknowledged the YouthNet team for inspiring and motivating the students and youth.
