The Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) will be organizing its 7th Inter-High School Sports Meet from October 3 to 5 at Government Higher Secondary School, Dimapur under the theme ‘Soaring together…” The inaugural and closing functions would be graced by Tovihoto Ayemi, Parliamentary Secretary IT & C, Technical Education, Science & Technology & Taxes and Hokivi Chishi, President Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as the chief guest and guest of honor respectively.
DNSU member secretary H Toniho Achimi and convenor Petevito Nakhro has informed all the interested institution (s) to avail the forms from the Union office during office hours (10 am-4 pm). It also notified that the last date of submission is September 30. The discipline for the sports event will be football for boys and basket-ball for both boys and girls.
The release further informed all the participating institution/school that there will be a compulsory march-pass competition in the opening ceremony, and an award for the best discipline school/team.
