1 You will have to vote for the person of your choice as that person will represent you for the next 5 (five) years. Anyone taking your place to vote may do it against your interest.
2 Your vote is equal to everyone, yes! even equal to the President or Prime Minister of our country.
3 Election Day is the ONE day when everyone in our country is equal. So, why loss the opportunity?
4 Young people have the most to gain or lose in any election because you have to live with the consequences longer than anyone else.
5 Every political issue and policy affects you whether you know it or not.
6 The feeling of power and satisfaction you get after voting cannot be compared with any other thing.
7 And yes finally on a lighter note, at the polling station, you might even meet that cute guy or girl you have been eyeing for the past many days; Plus, he/ she will be instantly impressed by your devotion to civic duty.
Yes, young friends, its a win- win situation for you.
So go and cast your conscious vote on the 9th of April 2014 to elect your representative who will speak for you for the next 5 years.
