Dimapur, Nov. 16 (EMN): Nagaland recorded a single-day rise of four fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Tuesday, taking the tally to 32, 018, while active caseload declined to 149 following recuperation of 16 patients.

The state’s cumulative recoveries have increased to 30,125, while the death toll rose to 679 with one fatality reported in the last 24 hours.

According to an update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, four positive cases were reported in Dimapur while four each in Mokokchung and Kohima, six in Dimpaur and two in Phek recovered.

Out 149 active cases in the state, 119 are asymptomatic, 21 mild, two moderate on oxygen, three severe on oxygen, one in ICU without ventilator and three in ICU on ventilator.

In terms of distribution of active cases, Dimapur has 91 active cases, 27 in Mokokchung, 19 in Kohima, four each in Mon and Kiphire, two in Tuensang, one each in Zunheboto, and Wokha, while Peren, Phek and Longleng are currently Covid-free.
