17,22,819 administered COVID vaccine in Nagaland

Dimapur, Sep. 7 (EMN): Nagaland state has administered a total of 17,22,819 COVID-19 vaccine doses including 39,703 precautionary doses for the age group from 12 years and above as well as Healthcare Workers (HCW) and Frontline Workers (FLW) as on September 7, according to the department of Health and Family Welfare.
The breakup of those vaccinated showed that 16,021 HCW have received the first dose of Covishield, 13,622 received the second dose, and 4802 precautionary doses; while 61,135 FLW have been administered the first dose of Covishield, 49,196 with the second dose, and 28,719 received precautionary doses.
Data also showed that 2,22,179 people of 45 years and above category were administered first doses, 1,94,68 persons received the second dose and 11,518 received the precautionary dose. Under the category of 18 to 44 years, 5,27,131 persons have received the first dose, 4,16,907 persons received the second dose, and 14,64 persons administered precautionary dose.
For the age of 15 to 17 years, 71,252 persons were administered first dose of Covaxin and 47,028 persons received the second dose.
The daily bulletin of the department shows that, including the 1st and 2nd dose, Dimapur district has administered 36,233 Covaxin doses followed by Kohima with 17,715 doses, Kiphire with 4022, Mokokchung with 10,922, Mon with 12,979, Peren with 4,130, Phek with 7,995, Longleng with 3,260, Tuensang with 9,742, Wokha with 5,654 and Zunheboto with 5628.
Meanwhile, a total of 42,957 CorBEvax vaccines for the age group from 12 to 14 years have been administered, in which 25,008 received the first dose and 17,949 received the second dose.
District wise data showed that, including the 1st and 2nd dose, Dimapur district has administered 9,658 with CorBEvax doses followed by Kohima with 3,496, Kiphire with 1,458, Mokokchung with 4,713, Mon with 8,435, Peren with 1,397, Phek with 1,363, Longleng with 1,516, Tuensang with 5,625, Wokha with 2,851, and Zunheboto with 2,264.
