The recently opened KK Restaurant located near City Tower Dimapur has already earned a great reputation amongst food lovers of the district. The restaurant is run by Kunga from the Tibetan community, a resident of Dimapur for more than 25 years. The restaurant serves delicious local, chinese and continental dishes that entice customers and keep them coming back for more! Chicken Chop Suey with egg topping  Ingredients Chicken-cooked and shredded thinly Sliced Capsicums Onions-sliced thin Chopped Garlic Oil Noodles-boiled and drained well Vinegar Soya sauce Sugar Salt to taste Corn flour 1 egg Method Mix together the vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, salt and corn flour and add enough water to make a fine mixture and keep it aside. Heat the 2 tbsp oil and fry the onions and garlic till it turns soft. Then add chicken and capsicum and stir-fry over high heat for a minute. Add the sauce ingredients and bring it to a boil again. The deep fry the noodles over high heat till it turns golden brown and drain the oil completely. Transfer noodles to a serving dish, pour the chicken mixture over. Finally make an egg brooch and serve it together. Chop Suey can also be served with hot soup
