Imphal, July 20 (EMN): Congress workers under Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) staged a protest as part of joining the nationwide protests against AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi’s detention on her way to Sonbhadra where 10 persons were shot dead in a clash over a land dispute.
All the senior leaders of the MPCC led by congress legislature Party leader and former Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh and MPCC President Gaikhangam joined the demonstration at the gate of Congress Bhavan in Imphal on Saturday.
